When working with collections, you can save the current view with filters, sorting, grouping, and displayed fields (hereinafter referred to as settings) for future use.
The views line consists of three parts:
blank
or add with settings via save as
.Blank view is a display view without filters, sorting and where all fields are displayed. To create it, you need to:
Click on + Blank
Fill in the input with the name. If you click on X
, the modal will close. If you click on ✓
, the view will be saved.
After saving the view, we immediately find ourselves on it.
When changing the display view settings, the interface changes. For example, let's add a filter for the Urban Outfitters brand.
The following changes occur:
Save changes It appears every time when changes have been made to the settings. This is a kind of indicator "you've changed something and if you don't want to lose it, save it". Clicking on it saves all new settings for the current display view. After clicking on it, a saving animation occurs, at the end of which the button disappears until new changes are made to the settings.
Important: after pressing save changes
, the save as
button turns into blank
, as there will be no unsaved changes.

button turns into save as
when we change the settings of the current view. This button saves the settings in a new view. The steps of actions after clicking are the same as when clicking on blank
. After this action we will find ourselves on the new view with the settings we need, where there is no save changes
button and there is a blank
button.
If you need to create a clean view without settings, you need to press reset
after which the button will change to blank
.
If you save changes and click save changes
, the button will return to the blank
state.
Reset
It appears when there are unsaved settings. The button allows you to reset changes to the moment of the last save. If you click on it, it will disappear after. save as
button will turn into blank
and the save changes
button will disappear.
Open the saved view All Urban Outfitters
. There is a saved filter by brand. We realize that we forgot to include sorting by categories. We enable it, thereby changing the view settings.

The changes have been saved and the view for work is ready. We want to make the same view, but for all brands except Urban Outfitters. We don't want to start from scratch and for this, we change the filter of the current view.
After changes in the settings, some of our buttons have changed again. This time we want to save what we got as a separate view, so we click save as
.
Fill in the title and click ✓
After creating a new view, we immediately find ourselves on it.
Then we want to create a new view with other settings. We start changing the settings of the current view.
We realize that what we were setting up is not needed. And we just want to collect all the goods with the category seatings. For this, it is easier for us to create a clean view and add one filter to it. To avoid saving the view with the current settings and create a new one, we click reset
.
Since we have reset unsaved settings, the save as
button turns into blank
. We click on it.
Write the name All Seatings and click on ✓
We have saved a new view. It's time to add a filter for the "Seatings" category.
Then we save the result we got
Finish
It differs from other views in that they cannot be deleted or renamed. They do not have a button for the context menu. Otherwise, it works like all custom views. You can configure and save changes if desired.
For selected (active) custom views, there is a button to call the context menu. By clicking on it, you can delete the view or rename it. Clicking on delete
immediately deletes the view. Clicking on edit name
opens an input for the name. The X button cancels renaming, ✓ saves the new name and only it.

In addition to the default view, 3 custom views are displayed in the views row. Everything that is added later is thrown into the dropdown. You can open the dropdown and click on one of the views. In this case, it will replace the third custom view. The replaced view will return to the dropdown.
